Shipping Policy

The below information is the Shipping Policy for Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club. Products from Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club are sold on this website to members only of the Club, on which Raw Food Regeneration earns a commission.

If the order is placed by a member, the products are shipped out from Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club. Please review the Shipping Policy below:

Ordering

First and foremost, ALL orders placed with Dr.Morse’s Herbal Health Club must be addressed/shipped to a Health Club Member. Any orders placed shipping to a non-member will result in cancellation of the order.  Please allow 2-5 Business days for processing (this does not include the day your order was placed, weekends, or holidays).

Please Note: Expedited shipping options are NOT available online. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed, added to, or combined. Any additions will be billed and shipped as a separate order.

Out of Stock Items

If there is not a suitable substitution to be made, the remainder of the order will be sent without the out of stock item(s).  No item will be placed on backorder. Out of stock items must be reordered by the Member when the item is back in stock.

Payments

All orders must be paid in US funds prior to shipping.  A 20% restocking fee will apply if an order is canceled after it has already been packed.  The following payments are accepted.

Credit Card

Please include the Name that appears on the card, Account Number, Expiration Date, CVV security code, and Billing Address that is associated with the Credit Card.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Orders

All standard orders shipped within the USA will ship via UPS Ground, UPS Flat Rate (if requirements are met, available online ONLY) or USPS Priority mail 2-3 day, depending on the members request at the time of placing the order. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 2-5 Business days for Processing (this does not include the day your order was placed, weekends or holidays).

Expedited Orders

All Expedited orders must be phoned in to our office and to reviewed with a live representative prior to shipping. Expedited orders are available on first come first serve basis depending on the volume of orders received per day. All Expedited orders will ship via UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, Next Day Air or USPS Priority Express 1-2 day, depending on the members request at the time of placing the order.  Expedited orders will be shipped out the same Business day if placed before 12:00pm EST and containing 30 items or less, or the next Business day if received after 12:00pm EST or containing more than 30 items. 

Please note: USPS Priority mail 2-3 day is NOT an expedited shipping option.

Signature Requirement

Signature is required upon delivery for ALL UPS and USPS shipments unless the Shipping Signature Waiver is completed prior to placing your order.  All 3rd party shipments (Drop-ship orders) will require a Signature upon delivery regardless of whether the waiver is filled out.  We feel this is necessary to ensure our products arrive to our Health Club Members safely. A tracking number will be emailed once an order has shipped for the member’s convenience. Any returned package due to a signature not being able to be obtained at the time of delivery is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. This cost is included within the Shipping & Handling rates available online.

Insurance & Handling

All packages are shipped with insurance to ensure that Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club is able to properly open an investigation or file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier in the event of damage or loss. Our shipping team takes great pride in their packaging procedures to prevent damage/breakage to our products while in transit. Both costs are included within the Shipping & Handling rates available online.

Please note: We do our best to reflect accurate shipping charges with online orders, however on occasion the actual shipping cost may differ from that reflected on the website. When this occurs, the difference in shipping amounts will be the responsibility of the member.

Lost Packages

In the event that a package is lost during transit, we ask that our members contact Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club ASAP in order for an investigation to be opened with the appropriate carrier.  Investigation response times typically take 2-5 business days, but can take longer.  Once an outcome is reached, Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club will be in contact with the member to discuss the next available step. 

International Shipping

We strongly suggest that all International Members check with their local customs agency for their Rules & Regulations/Restrictions on the importation of Dietary Supplements and/or our Herbal Formula ingredients prior to placing an order. All International orders MUST be placed in writing, either through our website or via email.  Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Standard Orders

All Standard International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International with an estimated transit time of 6-10 Business days to reach Customs. Please allow 2-5 Business days for processing (this does not include the day your order was placed, weekends, or holidays).

Expedited Orders

All Expedited International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International Express with an estimated transit time of 3-5 Business days to reach Customs. Expedited orders will be shipped out the same Business day if placed before 12:00pm EST and containing 30 items or less, or the next Business day if received after 12:00pm EST or containing more than 30 items.

Customs/Duties/Import Taxes

International shipping costs DO NOT include Import fees, Duties, or Taxes. These fees will be calculated and charged by the delivering countries customs agency once the shipment has arrived. Once a package has arrived to the delivering countries customs agency Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club no longer has control over that package without opening an investigation through the United States Postal Service. Due to a 32 working day response time from the United States Postal Service, we highly suggest contacting your local customs agency for updated information prior to requesting an investigation being opened. Under no circumstances will any package be declared at any amount other than the invoice amount. This practice is illegal, please do not ask us to do it. Customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient, Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club is not responsible for customs fees assessed for any international order. Any returned package due to non-compliance of Customs Fees/Rules & Regulations/Restrictions is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club is not responsible for any seized or returned package(s) or product(s) due to an individual’s non-compliance with customs regulations or restrictions.

International Shipping Restrictions

Due to restrictions on herbal products and/or Dietary Supplements, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Health Canada

Due to Health Canada’s policies, we are only able to ship to Canada under the following conditions:

  • Shipments to Canada must be addressed to a Health Club Member and NOT a Company/Business name.
  • Orders addressed to a single Health Club Member can only receive up to a 90 day supply within a 90 day period.

Failure to comply will result in the package being held, returned and/or contents removed by Health Canada. Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club is not responsible for any seized or returned package due to an individual’s non-compliance with Health Canada regulations.

Canada – CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora)

CITES is an agency which monitors the importation of endangered plant and animal species into Canada.

  • CITES Endangered Species list is based on endangered status of plants in Canada. Very often, an herb will be endangered in one area of the world while the US supply is abundant. Endangered herb potentials within the US are regularly monitored, and our herbal formulations are based on the US supply. Therefore some of our formulas may not be in compliance with CITES restrictions.
  • The CITES Endangered Species list is a 450+ page document that frequently changes, as plants can be endangered one season and abundant the next. Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club is not responsible for monitoring this list.  Please compare your order to this list to ensure all items ordered are in compliance.
  • While any herbal product containing any species on the CITES endangered list could be confiscated at the border, Customs departments are very inconsistent. Whether or not an item will be seized can depend on which customs office the package arrives in, and even which agent inspects the package within a customs office. Because these variables are beyond our control, Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club will not be responsible for items confiscated by Customs, or for shipping charges on packages refused at Customs.

We strongly suggest that all Canadian Members check with their local customs offices prior to placing orders to ensure their items are in compliance with CITES and any other import restrictions.
